Spring Break 2009 - Matt, Lisa, Kaitlyn~(16) Nathan~(13) Thomas~(9) More photos on the "view photos" tab above!
Welcome to Nathan and Thomas' web page. It was created to keep family and friends updated about their bone marrow transplants that took place on April 15,2005 at Duke University Hospital in N.C. Their sweet sister, Kaitlyn, was the donor for both! We are excited about this curing their primary immune deficiency, X-linked Hyper IgM (XHIM). Thank you for visiting our page...your prayers and guestbook entries have been a blessing and carried us through this journey.
We dedicate this page in memory of these priceless children that we have met or come to know of during this BMT experience. You are greatly missed and loved. We are praying for your families.

Our friend Conner had a BMT on Aug. 17,2007 for an immunodeficiency called NEMO. Please keep he and his family in your prayers as they travel this journey toward a cure.
Our favorite contestant on American Idol...Danny Gokey from Milwaukee!
Isaiah 53:5 " He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed."
John 10:10 "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly."
James 5:14&15 "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up."

Journal
Monday, May 25, 2009 11:37 AM CDT Hello, Everyone!
Sorry that it has been sooooo long since we've updated this page. We have been busy with a healthy, normal life and with a major move......from Virginia to Wisconsin! We live almost 1,000 miles from where we have lived our whole lives. It has been quite an adjustment with no family nearby, but God has been faithful to bring some wonderful people into our lives here in the midwest. The reason for the move was a job change for Matt. The kids have almost finished their first school year here, and we survived our first Wisconsin winter....lots and lots of snow and sub zero temps!
The boys continue to enjoy their new immune systems and will be returning to Duke next month for their 4 year post BMT checkup.
Don't forget to check out the updated pictures.
Happy Memorial Day!
Until next time, Lisa & family
