It has been provided to keep people updated about our little one. logan taylor fusano Born: march 23 2004 8:18 am Weight: 7 lbs 13 oz Length: 20 in Journal Friday, September 24, 2004 9:21 PM CDT logan was diagnosed with pleuropulmonary blastoma on aug 13,2004.But our journey started way before the diagnosis.When logan was born he had a heart murmur,but it would go away and come back everytime someone listened.At his 2 week check up his Dr decided he should see a cardioligist just 2 b on the safe side.But I couldnt get an appointment until julu 12 .they did an ekg and a chest exray and said it was an innoncent murmur.I was so relieved.Little did I know after I got home our lives would change.The Dr called and said after i left a radioligist took a second look at the xray and found a mass on his upper left lung and gave it to a pediatric surgeon.By july 26.logan was in surgery to remove the upper left lung and while in surgery they found another cyst in the middle of the right lung.They left that in because the did not know that what they had removed was cancerous.After the pathology report came back logan was in surgery again on aug 27,just to remove the cyst on the right lung.2 weeks later on Sep 8 logan began his 46 week chemo treatment.
