Lindsey is doing well.
We accomplished getting her arm supports for her wheelchair to help hold her arms up to draw and write. The new splints are helping greatly. She is doing well writing her letters and writing her name.
We also had her evaluated for an eye gaze machine to help communicate with us. They were very impressed with how she used it. She was so excited about using it, she was smiling and making noises for over an hour afterward. :)
Evidently, part of the taxes we pay on our Texas telephone bill provides funding for augmentative devices like this one, so they are going to present it to the board this week to see if they will fund Ms Lindsey's device.
Wish us luck!!

Accomplished getting Lindsey the correct glasses with the ear supports, so now she's stylin! :)
