Brendon Kade Farmer

Welcome to Brendon's website. It was created to keep you updated while Brendon undergoes treatment for his Leukemia. He was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (blood cancer) on July 1, 2004 and is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center to fight this terrible disease. He is responding well and continues to keep a positive attitude daily. Please continue to keep him in your prayers.
"My son is my hero!"

Blood and platelets are always needed for Brendon and hundreds of kids like him! Please feel free to go to any blood bank and donate in his name. You need his full name and DOB (05/14/01). Your help is appreciated!

Journal

Things have been so busy around here and its been hard to update- I apologize.

Armani went to be with the Lord last Sunday, May 11th on Mother's Day. While that seems so sad (and believe me- WE ARE SAD!) it is so fitting for the princess that she was. She was born on Mother's Day 10 years ago and as her final gift to her mother while on earth she went to Heaven on that day as well. It was extremely upsetting to get the call from her mother that day and many tears have been shed since then. BUT... as one pastor at her funeral said- ARMANI IS NOT GONE- SHE JUST RE-LOCATED! Our angel on earth is now an angel in Heaven. We sure do miss her physical presence, but we know that she is happy and healthy and we cannot wait to see her again.
We love you and miss you so much sweet princess!!!!!!!

Brendon is doing well- other than missing his friend. His baseball season is winding down (2 games left) and he had field day at his school yesterday.

The wedding is quickly approaching and I can guarantee I won't be updating for a week or two! That just means all is well and we are enjoying life.

Please be sure to enjoy your life- don't take a single minute for granted. And.... in honor and memory of a beautiful princess- please don't forget to kiss your children today and remind them of how much they are loved.

~Sarah
