Wow! It has been a long time. Sorry!

Actually, the fact that I have not had time to write could, in part, be do to the fact that Dan is doing so well. He feels good, he looks good and he's been really active.

We are in the process of trying to sell our house. He has been doing odds and ends around the house. We've spent several weekends at our camp in Carollton. He has even gotten into the river for a swim. He hasn't before because he was afraid of the germs.

This week he went for his three year CT Scan. While that does cause stress, we are optimistic that the news will be good. He is scheduled to go to Indy the 2nd week of August for the results of the scan and several other blood and marrow tests. The scan is looking for lymphoma or any change in the lymph nodes. The blood and marrow will check the who's who.

His doctor here in Cincinnati has gotten the insulin and sugar under control. I think that is a big part of how well Dan feels.

I ask for prayers for his test results. Also for the sale of our house. we have a lot of big changes this year - my new job, Heather leaving for college and all of us moving. We need prayer- a lot!


Update - My sister Paula has been put on the transplant list. Her son, Jason, is being tested now.

The Father Daughter transplant went terrific! Thanks for those prayers!
