PAUL'S JOURNAL
Paul was diagnosed with AML Leukemia on August 21, 2004. Luckily his brother Nicholas was a perfect match and he donated his cells to save his brother's life on November 22, 2004. Four years later, we can happily say that Paul is back to being a normal kid again. We will keep this journal to give hope to people that are just beginning their battles so that they can see that there isLIFE AFTER CANCER Journal Wednesday, April 29, 2009 Day 1620The foundation has been busy planning different events that are coming up these next few months and wanted to share them with all of you. Walk for A Cure - Sponsored by The Tuckahoe High School Sophomore Class in conjunction with The Paul Luisi Foundation. This event is very personal to this class. There are two pediatric cancer survivors out of this relatively small class of 60 students. This event took place on a beautiful Sunday morning. We had around 75 walkers and raised over $3,000.
