Hunter's Place
Welcome to Hunter's Place! It has been provided to keep people updated about Hunter's stem cell (cord blood) transplant. Hunter was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia in August 2003. After months of treatment and numerous blood and platelet transfusions, a stem cell transplant was the last option. Hunter got his cord blood transplant on July 16, 2004 at Duke University Medical Center. We will try to update this website daily. Thanks for all the prayers and support. It is greatly appreciated.
