For the second year, CaringBridge traveled to Park City, Utah to attend the Sundance Film Festival, January 15 – 25, 2009. As a nonprofit, CaringBridge attends events like Sundance as a supported charity. During the festival, our representatives network with directors, writers, producers and celebrities who are in a unique position to build awareness of CaringBridge through entertainment opportunities.

During the festival, CaringBridge representatives met several entertainment professionals who were very excited to learn about CaringBridge. Many of the celebrities expressed support and well wishes for CaringBridge families, including:

Our Sundance Scrapbook: 2008
The Sundance Film Festival is the second largest independent film festival in the US. Throughout the festival, Park City, Utah is buzzing with entertainment professionals and celebrities, including:
- Matthew Broderick, actor
- John Legend, musician
- Rachel Smith, Miss USA 2008
- Quentin Tarantino, director
Coolest Lounge at Sundance: Gibson Guitars at Miners Club
During the festival, Gibson Guitar hosts the “by invitation only” Gibson Lodge at the Miners Club. As one of four supported charities at the Gibson Lodge, CaringBridge graciously accepted the invitation to spread the word about our service with directors, writers, musicians and actors.
